How to Use

Personalize your looks. Want casual ? Opt for a subtle hint of color, draw a line along the top of your eyelid and blend outwards. More drama? Go for a full smokey eye, apply the pencil over the whole of your eyelid, blending as you go along. Add more more to the outer edges for a deeper look. Can also be used as a base when applying your eyeshadow powder for longer staying power.
