If you are someone with periorbital hyperpigmentation or stubborn dark spots, this is definitely worth giving it a try. This worked for me. As we all know, our skin is unique and what works for me may or may not work for you and vice versa. If this didn't work, 2% Alpha arbutin will definitely work for you. Remember to use Tranexamic acid alone since it contains mild exfoliator 3% mandelic acid or only in combination with Vitamin c serum.

Minimalist 2% Salicylic acid is a chemical exfoliator that claims to target acne and excess sebum. It worked great for my mild acne but I didn't see any difference in the appearance of whiteheads and blackheads. I don't think it will work for persistent or severe acne.
