Minimalist Alpha Arbutin Serum 2%+ 1% Hyaluronic Acid is supposed to target hyperpigmentation. It is safe to use this serum AM and PM, I like to use it during the morning along with Vitamin C serum. This product is not that potent and you may need to go through 2 bottle to see any results. If you have severe hyperpigmentation it might not work for you at all.
