Pumpkin seed oil

For skin, take a few drops of oil and gently massage all over the body. You can also add a few drops in your homemade face packs for extra goodness. Leave it on for about 30 mins or overnight then take a bath after. For hair, slightly warm the oil and gently massage into the scalp. Leave it on for about an hour or overnight to work its magic. Wash and rinse the next day. Conduct a patch test on the elbow before application.
