1. Start by cleansing your face and applying a serum or a facial oil

2. Roll the tool in an upwards direction from the neck to the face to ease muscle tension and give a lifting affect

3. Use similar upward and outward motions from the chin and nose to the ears and jawline.

4. Gently repeat these motions on the under-eye area to get rid of dark circles and drain lymph

5. Repeat 6-7 times and clean your roller after use.
